Second century for Afghan but match ends in draw
Zimbabwe XI and Afghanistan's opening encounter in the ICC Intercontinental Cup ended in a draw on Thursday.
Despite losing Forster Mituzwa (56) without adding to his overnight score, Zimbabwe recovered thanks to a brilliant century from 23-year-old Trevor Garwe (117), and eventually declared on 446-9.
In reply, Afghanistan had reached 211-4 at the end of the match with Noor Ali smashing a second consecutive century, hitting 100 not out off just 81 balls.
