On this week's ICC Cricket World audio show Pakistan's Shahid Afridi reflects on his side's performance so far in the ICC Champions Trophy and how his side has progressed since winning the ICC World Twenty20 2009 in England earlier this year.

The Pakistan all-rounder said: "In the last three to four months the guys have done a great job and the credit goes to the captain because he kept the team united and the team has continued to perform very well."

He continued: "I think sometimes our opening batsmen have struggled, but the middle-order has been doing a great job in the last two to three years and that is good for us."

The show can be used in whole or part by radio stations that want cricket content, while the public can also download it straight from the ICC website at http://www.icc-cricket.com/media_interactive_zone/podcast.php.

This week's show also includes an interview with England bowler and ICC Emerging Player of the Year nominee for 2009, Graham Onions on how his career has developed.

Onions said: "I have worked really hard to get myself fit and strong and I still think I never thought I will be here, but obviously hard work has paid off and I am proud to be nominated as an emerging player.

"I didn't realize until I made my international debut what I was capable of achieving and having been around with the England set-up and I think I deserve where I am supposed to be".

Apart from these interviews, this week's ICC Cricket World also includes a round-up of the last seven days of the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa, the latest news from around the world as well as updates on the Reliance Mobile ICC Player Rankings.

The weekly ICC Cricket World audio show runs for 15 minutes and has been put together by the ICC's global broadcast partner ESPN STAR Sports.
