South Africa name squad for historic Zimbabwe tour
Laura Wolvaardt leads South Africa's squad for the upcoming T20I series against Zimbabwe.
South Africa Women will tour Zimbabwe for the first time, with the two sides preparing to lock horns in their maiden T20I series.
The visitors will be led by regular captain Laura Wolvaardt but will feature a bunch of new faces, including three uncapped players.
These are seamer Caitlin Wyngaard, who impressed for the SA Emerging Women during the recent tour against Bangladesh Emerging. The 21-year-old has earned her maiden national call-up alongside former SA U19 Women starlet Nthabiseng Nini and off-spinner Luyanda Nzuza, who also delivered standout performances for the Emerging side.
