Southee, McCullum star in massive win

McCullum left the field to the level of applause normally reserved only for Richie McCaw and Dan Carter in this country. To a man, the stadium stood and applauded.

England's match against Scotland in Christchurch becomes a must-win affair, while New Zealand is sitting pretty on top of Pool A.
