Sri Lanka have announced a 15-member squad for their upcoming three-match ODI series against Pakistan, with Chamari Athapaththu set to continue leading the side.

The Asian side returns to action following good returns at the recently-concluded ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026, where they finished third in Group B, missing out on the last four spot on run rate to West Indies.

Sri Lanka currently sit third in the ICC Women's Championship 2025-29 table with eight points from six matches.

Squad: Chamari Athapaththu (captain), Vishmi Gunaratne, Hasini Perera, Harshitha Samarawickrama, Hansima Karunaratne, Kaveesha Dilhari, Nilakshika Silva, Anushka Sanjeewani, Chethana Vimukthi, Inoka Ranaweera, Nimasha Meepage, Imesha Dulani, Dewmi Vihanga, Rashmika Sewwandi, Kawya Kavindi

Chamari Athapaththu’s explosive knock of 106 not out off 61 balls and a brilliant spell of 1/23 against Ireland secured her the Player of the Match award at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026.

Chamari Athapaththu, who starred with the bat at the T20 World Cup campaign, will lead the side again.

Nilakshika Silva, who had an impressive campaign with the bat, has been retained alongside an experienced core group of players from the tournament, including Vishmi Gunaratne, Hasini Perera, Dewmi Vihanga and Inoka Ranaweera.

A notable absentee is the 19-year-old Mithali Ayodhya, who impressed with her sling action, racking up four wickets at the tournament.
