Take Part in Giant Art

To celebrate the return of the world’s greatest cricket celebration, we are creating a giant sculpture of a cricketer, which will proudly be on display at Millennium Square for the duration of the matches in Bristol.

Now this is where you come in...

Tying in with the city’s thriving art scene, we are inviting the local community down to Millennium Square to paint our cricketer!

Over three days, we need your help to paint the ten flags and emblems of the countries competing at CWC19. We’ll be providing the paint and the brushes so all we need is your creativity.

This is your chance to showcase Bristol’s talent to the world and be a part of one of the most-watched sporting events in the world. Upon completion, our giant cricketer will be unveiled in all its glory on Saturday 1 June, just in time for Bristol’s first match – Afghanistan v Australia.

So are you in?

To get involved head down to Bristol’s Millennium Square over the bank holiday weekend from Saturday 25 to Monday 27 May.

Painting slots will be every 30 minutes from 10am-5pm on 25-27 May.

For the general public, slots will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
