Vanuatu hosts ICC Centenary celebration

The Vanuatu Cricket Association was delighted to host two of Australia's cricket legends, Doug Walters and Len Pascoe, for its ICC Centenary celebrations.

More than 250 kids from seven different schools attended the cricket carnival and kids were divided up to different cricket stations that were set up. Walters was impressed with the natural talent some of the kids had and he stressed that they can only grow to be good cricketers when they go through a pathway.

Len on the other hand was busy coaching the young bowlers with their bowling actions.

A dinner function was held on the Saturday night which saw Doug and Len as guest speakers for the night and David Prior, one of Aussie's top comedian entertaining guests at the dinner.
