Veteran included as India name ODI squad for England tour
India have announced a 15-player squad for their upcoming three-match ODI series against England, with Shubman Gill set to lead the side.
India veteran Virat Kohli makes a return to the 50-over side after missing out on the Afghanistan series with a hamstring injury, although his availability is subject to fitness clearance from the BCCI.
Speed talisman Jasprit Bumrah also makes a return to the ODI setup.
KL Rahul and Ishan Kishan have been named as the designated wicketkeeping options.
India's spin department will be led by Kuldeep Yadav, Axar Patel and Washington Sundar, while Jasprit Bumrah headlines the pace attack that also includes Arshdeep Singh, Prasidh Krishna, Harshit Rana and Gurnoor Brar, who picked up 7 wickets in his debut series against Afghanistan.
Nitish Kumar Reddy retains his place as a seam-bowling all-rounder.

India have also confirmed an updated squad for the upcoming T20I series against Ireland.
Varun Chakravarthy, who is currently in the final stages of rehabilitation at the BCCI Centre of Excellence following a left foot injury sustained during IPL 2026, has been ruled out of the series.
