West Indies HPC registers third win in three games

West Indies High Performance Centre (HPC) registered it third win in threee games against UAE XI by 105 runs at the Global Cricket Academy (GCA) Oval on Tuesday.

In a one-day match, West Indies HPC batted first and was bowled out for 217 in 49.2 overs.

For HPC, Kyle Corbin (50: 51b, 2x6, 5x4) and Devon Thomas (40: 39b, 3x4) were the main contributors. Asadullah Sharif (3-52), Ahmed Raza (3-32) and Rohan Mustafa (2-33) were the main wicket-takers.

In its chase, UAE XI lost wickets at regular intervals. Swapnil Patil (25) and Rohan Mustafa (27) top-scored but UAE XI was bowled out for 112 in 32 overs.

Veersammy Permaul (3-29), Kevin McLean (3-19) and Jason Holder (2-34) shared the wickets.
