What to do If You Have Been Approached or Have Concerns

Participants must report all approaches, or information regarding corrupt conduct, or invitations to engage in corrupt conduct, to the appropriate ACU, without unnecessary delay. This includes, without limitation, when:
- You have been approached by someone trying to fix a match, or aspects of it, either an obvious, direct corrupt approach or something that just does not seem right.
- You know or suspect someone is trying to fix a match or aspects of it.
- You know someone who you believe has been approached to fix a match or event or aspects of it.
It is important that you understand the ICC ACU is here to protect, not police, players and other Participants under the Code. Reporting information or suspicions to the ICC ACU, not only meets your obligations under the Code, but it makes you an INTEGRITY AMBASSADOR – you are protecting yourself, your team and the game from people who have no interest in anything else other than making money from fixes. Don’t look the other way. Report to the ACU.
