Windies secure unassailable lead after abandonment
Having lost the first two games of the five-match series, South Africa would have been keen for a victory to keep their hopes of a series win alive, but a tropical rainstorm spoilt their plans on Sunday, 30 September.

The Windies had won the first match, in Barbados, by 17 runs and had gone on to triumph by nine wickets in the second match, also played in Trinidad.
South Africa will still have the chance to square the series, and will look forward to the fourth T20I on Wednesday, 4 October – the last two games will be played at the same venue.
