ICC announces umpire and referee appointments for upcoming series in Zimbabwe and Australia

The International Cricket Council has announced the referees and umpires who will officiate in the upcoming ODI series in Zimbabwe and the Test series in Australia.

On 20 November Zimbabwe will take on Sri Lanka in the first of five ODIs in Harare with Mike Procter of the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Match Referees overseeing his final series before taking up a full-time position as Cricket South Africa’s convener of selectors.

Aleem Dar from the Emirates Elite Panel of ICC Umpires will stand in all five ODIs along with appointments made by Zimbabwe Cricket.

Meanwhile, Australia plays two home Tests against New Zealand beginning in Brisbane on 20 November. The series will be refereed by Chris Broad of the Emirates Elite Panel while both matches will be umpired by Steve Bucknor and Billy Doctrove, who are also from the Emirates Elite Panel.

Appointments for the other upcoming series will be announced in due course.
