New Zealand quicks big winners in latest Men's rankings update
Gains for four New Zealand bowlers on the updated rankings, while an impressive South Africa all-rounder also makes eye-caching improvement.
A quartet of New Zealand pacers have been rewarded for strong performances on the latest update to the ICC Men's T20I Bowler Rankings.
The T20I series between New Zealand and South Africa has been a topsy-turvy encounter, with a host of players from both sides boosting their ranking following the first four matches of the five-game series.

It was the Black Caps that took the third game of the series in Auckland, with experienced pacer Lockie Ferguson leading the way with a superb spell of 1/9 in what was adjudged a Player of the Match performance.
It helped Ferguson gain 12 places on the latest rankings to move to equal 39th on the list for T20I bowlers, while a group of his teammates also made hay following the fresh update from the ICC.

Lockie Ferguson knocked over the stumps of Quinton De Kock to give New Zealand against South Africa at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026.
Seaming trio Ben Sears (up 20 spots to 59th), Kyle Jamieson (up five rungs to 76th) and Zakary Foulkes (up eight slots to 81st) were all rewarded for some strong efforts across the series, while stand-in South Africa captain Keshav Maharaj (up five places to 47th) and compatriots Ottneil Baartman (up seven spots to 66th) and Gerald Coetzee (up 46 rungs to 88th) also make gains on the latest update.
George Linde has been one of the finds of the series for South Africa and the 34-year-old has been rewarded by gaining one place to improve to 22nd on the list for T20I all-rounders following some strong contributions with both bat and ball.
Maharaj deals a triple blow | T20WC 2026
South Africa's Keshav Maharaj strikes thrice against India in the 15th over at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026.
Zimbabwe veteran Sikandar Raza remains at the top of the rankings for T20I all-rounders, while there is little change on the list for T20I batters this week as India lefty Abhishek Sharma holds on to the premier position ahead of teammate and fellow southpaw Ishan Kishan.
India captain Suryakumar Yadav does rise two places to move to seventh on the rankings for T20I batters as Tim Seifert and Dewald Brevis drop spots due to not featuring in the series between New Zealand and South Africa.
Black Caps opener Tim Robinson though gains two slots to rise to 34th on the same list following an innings of 32 in Wellington.
