Star confirm U19 CWC final TV coverage in three languages

Star Sports have confirmed that the ICC Under 19 Cricket World Cup final featuring Australia and India will be televised in three languages across five channels.

English: Star Sports 2 & Star Sports 2 HD
Hindi: Star Sports 1 Hindi & Star Sports 1 HD Hindi

Tamil: Star Sports 1 Tamil

Start time: 12:45pm GMT (6:15am IST)

The ICC U19 CWC has benefited from expanded multi-language production of live coverage led by ICC's global broadcast partner, Star Sports.

ICC TV’s World Feed English commentary line-up of Ian Bishop, Tom Moody, Anjum Chopra, Rob Key, Simon Doull and Danny Morrison will be complemented by separate Hindi and Tamil commentary, to cater to local languages.

Star Sports’ Hindi line-up features an array of current and past cricketers, including: Aakash Chopra, Amol Muzamdar, Abhishek Nayar, Mohammad Kaif and Parthiv Patel whilst Tamil commentary will be represented by Muthu Pandian, Nanee Sathyanarayanan, Sridharan Sriram, L. Sivaramakrishnan and Abhinav Mukund.

Fans from 204 countries are able to watch the coverage across broadcast and digital channels. Television coverage has spread across five continents with support of ICC Broadcast Partners whilst Hotstar, has streamed live in over 70 territories including in the Indian sub-continent, Canada, USA, Central Asia and the Pacific Islands.
