2012 BSP Kriket Madang Launch

The 2012 BSP School Kriket Program will commence in the Madang Province on Friday the 17th of February with an official launch at Kusbau Primary School.

The BSP School Kriket Program is now in its 3rd year in what has been a highly successful nationwide initiative from Cricket PNG supported by Bank South Pacific.

The program focuses on developing boys' and girls' participation in cricket throughout primary and secondary schools in PNG.

The program will be delivered in 10 provinces in 2012.

The Madang Launch will be attended by BSP Branch Manager, Cecilia Pasum who will welcome the program then bowl the 1st ball of the year to one of the Kusbau Primary students.

The Madang Cricket PNG staff will deliver the program to the Kusbau students every Friday for the remainder of Term 1.

They will also attend Jomba Primary School on Mondays, Madang International Primary School on Tuesdays, Lutheran Day Primary School on Wednesdays and Holy Spirit Primary School on Thursdays.
