The tournament represents the final qualification pathway for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026, which will be staged later this year.

Namibia Squad: Suné Wittmann, Naomi Benjamin, Arrasta Diergaardt, Kayleen Green, Mezerly Gorases, Victoria Hamunyela, Yasmeen Khan, Eveleen Kejarukua, Mekelaye Mwatile, Wilka Mwatile, Bianca Manuel, Sylvia Shihepo, Saima Tuhadeleni, Edelle van Zyl, Leigh-Marie Visser.

Suné Wittmann will captain the Namibia side as they aim to secure one of the four remaining spots at the marquee event.

The qualifiers present a historic opportunity for Namibia, who have never featured in a women’s World Cup in any format, as they look to break new ground and qualify for the first time.

Namibia qualified in the tournament through ICC Women's T20 World Cup Africa Qualifier, where they finished in the top two spots.
