First Aid

There are two first aid points in the stadium:

  • One located between the Headingley Pavilion and the East Stand

  • One located on the corner of the Western Terrace and the North Stand


Accessibility Information

  • If attendees with disabilities require the assistance of a companion, the companion will be admitted free of charge (a ticket will be still need to be booked for a companion).

  • Accessible seating can be found in the:

    • East Stand

    • East Stand Long Room

    • North East Lower

    • Trueman Enclosure

    • Block A of the Western Terrace

    • Both the upper and lower seating of the Howard Stand

  • Lifts are available in the:

    • Howard Stand

    • East Stand

    • Pavilion

  • Accessible toilets are located in every stand. These can be accessed via RADAR key. Stewards will have keys – if you do not have one or have forgotten yours, just ask the nearest steward.


Accessible Parking

Headingley has a limited number of parking spaces, which they issue to members with disabilities.

  • There are a limited number of blue badge spaces available to the general public for matchdays. These must be booked in advance via the Yorkshire County Cricket Club website. 

  • A limited number of 'pay on the day' spaces are available to the general public for matchdays on a first come, first served basis.

  • Holders of Orange and Blue disabled parking badges will be required to provide proof of disability.

  • Holders of such badges do not have automatic right of entry to stadium car parks for any fixture/event.


Toilets

Accessible toilets are available all around Headingley Stadium (please see the maps in the venue on arrival or contact the nearest steward to be directed to the nearest location).

Assistance dogs are welcome. Visitors with assistance dogs are requested to make the venue aware of their visit via the WelcoMe booking page on the Yorkshire County Cricket Website.


Family Facilities

Changing Place facility is available in the Howard Stand (please bring your own sling), on the south side of the venue.

The facility includes:

  • Radar Key accessible via the nearest steward/stand supervisor

  • Grab rails by the toilet and sink

  • Mounted flushing lever

  • Backrest

  • Full-length mirror

  • Emergency assistance alarm fitted to floor level

  • Bench

  • Hoist (please bring your own sling)

  • Shower and shower curtain

  • Non-slip floor

  • Sanitation bins

Prams and pushchairs can be stored at Headingley Stadium in the cycle racks at certain areas of the ground. Prams and pushchairs are left at the owner's discretion.

There are a number of baby changing facilities around the ground. There should be one available within every toilet block / accessible toilet.

All facilities are subject to availability.


Multi-Faith Room

The Multi-Faith Room is located at the entrance of the East Stand, easily accessed from the St Michael's Lane turnstiles.

  • Please remove your shoes when entering the facility.

  • Foot baths are available – please bring your own sliders.

  • There are two separate facilities available.

  • We recommend that you bring anything you require to fulfil your reflective time in our multi-faith space.

  • The room is available to people of all faiths – please respect everyone when using these facilities.

  • East is indicated on the ceiling.

If you have any further questions on a matchday, our stewards at the entrance of the East Stand will be more than happy to assist.


Sensory Room

There is a Sensory Room available upon request at Headingley.

Merchandise

ICC WT20WC Merchandise  will be available to buy at the shop at Headingley located next to the Ticket Office on St Michael's Lane and also at the retail store inside the venue by Gate G (Kirkstall Lane end).
