Seating

All seats are located in permanent stands for the ICC Women's T20 World Cup with no temporary seating in place for the tournament.

First Aid

The main first aid room is located in the Indoor Cricket Centre with a secondary first aid facility next to A7.

WiFi

WiFi is available at Old Trafford Cricket Ground on The Cloud.

Accessibility Information

At Old Trafford we have created designated areas around the ground to cater for the needs of supporters with a disability. There are:

  • Wheelchair spaces with adjacent personal assistant seats

  • Nearby seats for friends and family

  • Easy access areas for those who require seats within short distance of necessary amenities

  • A sensory room

  • Facilities for supporters who are blind or have impaired hearing

As we have several accessible areas around the ground, all with different views and different fan experiences, we ask that you contact the Ticketing Team to advise where the best location is that suits your personal needs.

Toilets

  • Accessible toilet facilities are available in the concourses of all stands.

  • Accessible facilities are also available within the Pavilion for Members and within The Point on the first floor.

  • A steward will be able to direct you to the most convenient / nearest toilet.

  • RADAR keys are being installed to all concourse toilets – stewards will be provided with a key to facilitate access.

  • A new Changing Places facility can be accessed via a RADAR key (available from the stand stewards). The unit will be located behind Stand C.

Family Facilities

A new Changing Places facility is accessible via a RADAR key (available from the stand stewards) and will be available for all remaining fixtures of the season. The unit will be located behind Stand C, in front of the ICC.

Multi-Faith Room

The Faith Room is situated under the Pavilion in the tunnel. It is available for all ticket-holders at all times during matchdays.

Sensory Room and Sensory Packs

Sensory Room

There is a private pitch-facing sensory room located in the Hilton Garden Inn where users can get away from overwhelming outside distractions. This dedicated space allows those with sensory processing issues the opportunity to watch the game in a safe and secure environment.

The room includes:

  • Soft comfortable seating

  • Bubble columns

  • Fibreoptic tails creating calming visual distractions

Important information:

  • Restricted to one family member at a time

  • Maximum of two hours per booking

  • Available free of charge to any match ticket holder

Old Trafford Cricket Ground offers sensory packs to ensure that everyone is included and feels welcome. Designed to enhance matchday experience, each reusable pack includes items such as:
