First Aid

If you require first aid assistance, please contact your nearest steward or go to one of our first aid centres located:

  • Behind Block A of the Vauxhall End Stand

  • Between Entrance 32 and 33 of the Bedser Stand

Wi-Fi is available around the entire Oval. To connect, please select '_The Cloud' and follow the instructions when prompted.

Accessibility Information

Blue Badge Parking

  • A limited number of Blue Badge Parking spaces are available within walking distance of the ground.

Facilities for People with Visual Impairment

  • The public address system will give live scores and updates of key developments during the match

  • With prior authorisation, guide dogs are permitted within the ground. If you intend to bring a guide dog, please notify us at accessibility@surreycricket.com so that we can ensure that your seats are in an accessible area. 

  • Staff at any food service outlet can provide water for guide dogs. Please tidy any dog mess immediately and deposit in bins provided

  • If you require assistance to reach your seat or any facility, please contact the nearest Steward or our accessibility wayfinders. 

  • Several key signs have been adapted to a raised print format

  • Outside the ground, all road crossings have textured paving compliant with current legislation

Facilities for People with Hearing Impairment

  • Induction loops have been installed in several seating blocks. All receptions, ticket offices and several catering outlets also have this facility. Switch your hearing aid to M or T to access the system

  • Hearing dogs - With prior authorisation, hearing dogs are permitted within the ground. If you intend to bring a guide dog, please notify us at accessibility@surreycricket.com so that we can ensure that your seats are in an accessible area. 

  • Staff at any food service outlet can provide water for hearing dogs. Please tidy any dog mess immediately and deposit in bins provided

  • Non-visible disability wristband – The Oval has launched this optional wristband, enabling fans with a non-visible disability to easily identify themselves to venue staff if they need assistance, without explaining the nature of their disability

Facilities for People with Ambulatory Disability

  • Blue Badge parking – A limited number of Blue Badge Parking spaces are available within walking distance of the ground.

  • Entrances have dropped kerbs and have accessible entry points around the ground

  • Seating areas for the mobility impaired exceed minimum requirements and offer a multitude of views

  • If you need assistance to reach your seat or any facility, contact the nearest Steward or accessibility wayfinder

  • Accessible toilet facilities are available throughout the ground, most requiring a RADAR key. If you don't have a key, please contact the nearest Steward. Emergency cords are situated in all accessible toilets

  • Catering facilities have been adapted to offer low level service points. Where not available, staff will be happy to source any product for you

General Accessibility Options

  • First Aid, medical & clinical waste facilities are available at either end of the ground

  • Less than 5% of internal areas are non-wheelchair friendly – accessibility within the ground is good

  • Accessible taxis can be ordered from within the Vauxhall Stand or Pavilion Receptions

  • The Oval is happy to store wheelchair chargers on site for regular visitors

Family Facilities

Toilets are located all around the perimeter of the ground, with baby changing facilities located behind Block 1, 13, and 19 of the Vauxhall End.

Multi-Faith Room

A Multi-faith Room is available on the ground floor at Bedser Entrance 32.

Sensory Room

The Sensory Rooms at Surrey County Cricket Club offer a calming and therapeutic space for visitors with sensory needs.

For requests on a match day:

  • Speak to the nearest steward, or
  • Visit the Micky Stewart Members' Pavilion reception – a member of the team will assist

Please note: Sensory room access for supporters who do not pre-book is subject to availability, and Adult Sensory Rooms are not pitch facing.
