  • Behind Block A of the Vauxhall End Stand

  • Between Entrance 32 and 33 of the Bedser Stand

Accessibility Information

Blue Badge Parking

  • Matchday Blue Badge Car Parking booking opens four weeks prior to a fixture

  • To book, please contact: accessibility@surreycricket.com

  • If you are a Blue Badge holder in the London Borough of Lambeth, you are entitled to park free of charge on the side streets near The Oval

Facilities for People with Visual Impairment

  • The public address system will give live scores and updates of key developments during the match

  • Guide dogs are permitted within the ground. Staff at any food service outlet can provide water. Please tidy any dog mess immediately and deposit in bins provided

  • If you require assistance to reach your seat or any facility, please contact the nearest Steward

  • A number of key signs have been adapted to a raised print format

  • Outside the ground, all road crossings have textured paving compliant with current legislation

Facilities for People with Hearing Impairment

  • Induction loops have been installed in a number of seating blocks. All receptions, ticket offices and a number of catering outlets also have this facility. Switch your hearing aid to M or T to access the system

  • Hearing dogs are permitted within the ground. Staff can provide water. Please tidy any dog mess immediately

  • Non-visible disability wristband – The Oval has launched this optional wristband, enabling fans with a non-visible disability to easily identify themselves to venue staff if they need assistance, without explaining the nature of their disability

Facilities for People with Ambulatory Disability

  • Blue Badge parking – Available on or near The Oval (depending on fixture type). Book up to four weeks in advance by calling 0203 946 0100 or emailing accessibility@surreycricket.com

  • All entrances have dropped kerbs and accessible entrance gates

  • Seating areas for the mobility impaired exceed minimum requirements and offer a multitude of views

  • If you need assistance to reach your seat or any facility, contact the nearest Steward

  • Accessible toilet facilities are available throughout the ground, most requiring a RADAR key. If you don't have a key, please contact the nearest Steward. Emergency cords are situated in all accessible toilets

  • Catering facilities have been adapted to offer low level service points. Where not available, staff will be happy to source any product for you

General Accessibility Options

  • First Aid, medical & clinical waste facilities are available at either end of the ground

  • Less than 5% of internal areas are non-wheelchair friendly – accessibility within the ground is good

  • Accessible taxis can be ordered from within the 1845 Stand or Pavilion Receptions

  • The Oval is happy to store wheelchair chargers on site for regular visitors

Family Facilities

Toilets are located all around the perimeter of the ground, with baby changing facilities located behind Block 1, 13, and 19 of the Vauxhall End.

Multi-Faith Room

A Multi-faith Room is available on the ground floor at Bedser Entrance 32.

Sensory Room

The Sensory Rooms at Surrey County Cricket Club offer a calming and therapeutic space for visitors with sensory needs.

If you require use of the Sensory Room, please:

  • Speak to the nearest steward, or

  • Visit the Micky Stewart Members' Pavilion reception – a member of the team will assist
