Barry McCarthy will replace Delany, who suffered a knee injury during the Group B match against Jersey. Dylan Budge will replace Oliver Hairs, who injured his foot in the Group A match against Bermuda.
Fast bowler McCarthy, 27, has played 27 ODIs and six T20Is while Budge is an all-rounder who has turned out in one ODI and six T20Is.
The replacement of a player requires the approval of the Event Technical Committee before the replacement player can be officially added to the squad.
The Event Technical Committee of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2019 consists of Geoff Allardice (ICC, Chairman), Chris Tetley (ICC representative), Mazhar Khan (host representative), Maroof Fajandar (Tournament Director), Natalie Germanos and Dirk Nannes (both independent nominees).
