Openers Andy Northcote (39) and Peter Petricola (33) powered Italy to a five-wicket victory over an unbeaten Guernsey in 17.2 overs to leave the competition wide open. Carl Sandri again contributed with 3-33 including a stunning catch off his own bowling. Guernsey’s Matt Stokes (30) and David Hooper (26) had been the main run contributors for Guernsey taken them to 122 all out, but it was not enough and Italy secured victory.
